Mukava lisä Kuopion ravintolatarjontaan. Laadukkaista raaka-aineista tehtyä ruokaa. Sisustus kiva, tunnelma rennon letkeä, ei mitään tiukkapipomeininkiä missään nimessä. Menen toistekin.

Todella hyvää ruokaa! Söin alkuun katkarapu toastedin, joka oli mukavan pieni annos ja maut hyvin kohdillaan. Pääruoaksi kanelilla maustettua ankankoipea, joka oli parasta ankkaa, mitä olen koskaan syönyt! Viinivalinnat olivat myös vakuuttavia. Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde ja toivottu lisäys Kuopion ravintolatarjontaan.

Alkuruuaksi Sienikeittoa ja omenaa. Todella hyvin toimiva kombo. Pääruuaksi riisiä ja papuja kasvisten kera. Ilmeisesti ravintolassa on otettu palauteesta opiksi ja annoskoot, että ruuan tulisuus olivat hyvät. Lisäksi pöydästä löytyy erilaisia chilikastikkeita lisäämään tulisuutta tarpeen mukaan.
Tunnelma paikassa hyvä ja rento. Työntekijöiden pukeutuminen hieman pisti silmään, mutta tämä lienee paikan imagon mukaisesti tehty linjaus. Kaiken kaikkiaan kokemus todella hyvä. Menen toistekkin.

Ravintolan ideasta tykkäsin mutta toteutuksesta en. Sunnuntaibrunssilla ruokaa, vesilammikkoja ja lautasliinoja lattialla. Henkilökunta vaikutti kiinnostuneemmalta kavereiden kanssa hengailusta kuin ruoka- ja astiatilanteen seuraamisesta tai paikkojen siisteydestä. Henkilökunnan tupakoinnin savu tunki avoimesta ovesta sisälle. Ribsit olivat erinomaisia mutta loppuivat ennen puoli kolmea (brunssia tarjolla klo 12-16). Myös muun ruoan loppuminen noutopöydästä tuli "yllätyksenä" henkilökunnalle, Ribsien tilalle tuli noin vartin odottelun jälkeen mautonta possun niskaa joka jäi kyllä syömättä. Kylmä jälkiruoka oli lämmennyt tarjoilupöydällä. Plussana hyvä guacamole mutta salsa vetistä ja mautonta. Ei tulla toiste.

Rento, välitön , värikäs meininki ja tarjoilijat toimivat nopeasti. Miinusta liian kovalla soiva musiikki. Ruokaano lisin kaivannut enemmän tulisuutta. Mutta veikkaan että kokemuksen myötä tilanne paranee.

I am travelling in Finland with my friend and we ended up in Kuopio. it turns out, Finland has the best Mexican food one could ever imagine. Even though I am a carnivor, I enjoy the occasional vegetarian food and Panza had its best to offer: the platano plant taco was superb and the dessert that I had (apparently a Mexican-Finnish fusion) was one of the best things that I've ever eaten! The athmosphere was excellent and the guys seemed to have fun while cooking and serving the food and cocktails. This experience has been one of the best on our trip this far. I highly recommend Panza! One bad thing though... The cute waiter in a pineapple shirt didn't give me his number ;)
