Kannattaa suunnata Panzaan jos halajaa rentoa meininkiä, kohtuullisia hintoja (4 ruokalajia 36€!!!) ja silti kunnon safkaa joka pyyhkii ketjupaikoilla lattiaa. Ceviche on aina pakko ottaa alkuun ja onneksi annoksen pienet yksityiskohdat ja viimeistelyt muuttuu aika-ajoin, ei joudu joka kerta täysin identtistä versiota syömään. Cocktailit iso bonus, niitä saattaa mennä illallisen aikana helposti 4-6 kappaletta! Hinnoistaan huolimatta korkeatasoinen paikka vaikkakaan ei mikään tajunnanräjäyttäjä.. toisaalta jos sellaista odotit, olet väärässä paikassa. Elämysiltoja varten on esimerkiksi Urban tai Musta Lammas. Panzan kokonaisvaltaista rentoutta ei pysty päihittämään.

Olimme Panzassa syömässä kaveriporukalla ja kaikki ihastuivat sekä ruokaan että paikkaan. Ruoka oli tuoretta ja hyvää (testasin chevichen, nachot + erinomaisen guacamolen ja kalatacot), palvelu ystävällistä ja Panzan sisustus viihtyisä ja ihanan värikäs. Harmi etten asu Kuopiossa, täällä tulisi muuten käytyä usein! Ainoa miinus tulee musiikista, joka saisi olla teemaan sopivasti meksikolaistyylistä.

Ruoka oli mautonta. Pääruat tarjoiltiin ennen kuin alkupalat oli ehditty syödä. Nacho pussin päällä oli ilmeisesti istuttu sillä tarjottiin nacho lastujen sijaan nachomuruja. Salsa muuten hyvää, mutta vetistä.

Testasin enchadon alkupalaksi ja kala-enchiladan listalta.. jotain toimitushäikkää, joten listalla oli vain puolet normaalista valikoimasta, mutta enpä olisi arvannut että syön parasta meksikolaista mitä olen kuunaan maistanut. Paikka oli sisustettu hauskan rennosti, erilaisia chilisooseja oli hyvä valikoima (eikä yksikään ollut onneksi tabascoa!) ja homma toimi sutjakasti vaikka paikka oli täynnä. Tänne on päästävä vielä toistamiseenkin vaikka asutaan 500km etäisyydellä.

Toinen kerta tässä ravintelissa ja ei tuottanut pettymystä tälläkään kertaa. Järkyttävän hyvät ribsit ja ritari jälkkäriksi on piste iin päälle. Palvelu pelasi hyvin, eikä ruokia tarvinnut odotella liian pitkään. DJ voisi laittaa musiikkia 2 naksua pienemmälle. Tullaan uudestaan.
